“Early Giftz” Discount Card

 

  • Customers purchase a pre-loaded discount card online, with a possible annual saving of R25 000, R12 000 or R6 000.
  • The cards are valid for 12 months and the cost of these cards are R495, R275 and R150 respectively.
  • Customers may upgrade to a higher level of possible savings.
  • Customers receive a physical discount card as well as a photo of the card via email.
  • Customers buy from participating businesses to qualify for a specific discount percentage (%).
  • Customers hand their physical discount card (or photo) to the store assistant or sales person at a participating store.
  •  The store assistant/sales person scans the QR code on the discount card (with a mobile phone or tablet).
  • The discount card “Check Balance” page will open.

  • The store assistant/sales person types the relevant card number in the space provided and clicks the “Check Balance” button.

  • The available balance on the discount card will be displayed.

  • The store assistant/sales person clicks on the “Debit Balance” button and then enter and submit the discount amount, the customer qualified for, in the space provided and click the “OK” button.

  •  The store assistant/sales person then types and submits his/her name as well as the name of the participating business and clicks the “OK” button (record keeping).

  • The store assistant/sales person clicks on “Check Balance” button again and the balance will be adjusted as well as the record of the transaction will be visible at the bottom of the page.

  • The discount balance amount may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Discount cards may only be presented and used at participating stores.
